I design my labels using a combination of PhotoShop CS2 and Silhouette Studio Designer Edition. I print my labels on my Epson inkjet printer and cut them out using my Silhouette Portrait cutting machine. I love these weatherproof labels, especially for my lotions because they are much more likely to keep their design and information legible, even with lotion-y hands touching them.
Make sure you fit your paper into the printer, using the paper width adjuster on your printer, or else your page could print crooked. Also, with my printer, it wants to grab several sheets of this paper at the same time. This is probably because the paper likes to stick together due to static electricity. I put the amount of sheets in the printer and hold all but the top sheet when it feeds in to print, it's tedious but my paper prints right every time when I do.
