Kallee is amazing!

Dear online labels team, I had the pleasure to work with Kallee on an extensive custom project. I have over 20 years experience in hospitality and customer service and I want you to know Kallee is BY FAR one of the best agents I have ever encountered. She was extremely professional and most important patient! You don't see that kind of level of service and patience anymore. We were on the phone for a super long time and she was so thorough and so nice, never sounded tired and frustrated. Again, I did this for a living for over 20 years and I assure you there aren't that many people out there like her! Because of Kallee, I will be a loyal online labels customer going forward. I was in a quandry to say the least. I called Online Labels and did not realize it was near closing time. I was fortunate enough to speak with Jesse, my 'guardian angel" and he went to work solving my problem. Jesse was polite, personable, and professional. In my opinion, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and skills and somehow managed to get my project completed, in spite of having to stay later than he should have. Refreshing experience...cannot recommend enough

I have been searching for some specific labels for some time...after searching online and discussing with sales support with OnlineLabels. I decided to order some custom sizes (to match a competitor's that discontinued a size) and some other standard labels from their extensive selections. I will say I am blown away at the great service and speedy shipping of my products. Honestly I wish other companies made it as quick and easy as well as had as thorough a process. Well done.

Above and Beyond Great Service!

I called in to speak with someone about getting access to the Maestro program. I made a large purchase about 3 years ago and never used the program or the labels for that matter! Life happened! I moved, got divorced, and moved again! I decided instead of putting off my projects and feeling depressed, I'd do something with what I ordered. So I finally made my body butters and wouldn't you know it, I couldn't print the labels; I didn't have the code. Oh my! So, I called in and spoke to a wonderful young man named Evan. He was awesome! He got me started all over again, gave me the code, and sent me my original invoice so that I could see the sizes I ordered. I printed my labels, took some jars with me to work and sold out! Evan is my hero! He saved the day! Thanks Evan, excellent customer service! KUDOS TO YOU! A raise would be nice too! Clone him, he really did make my day! I imagined all kinds of hassles I was going to get before calling; I never got one.

Great Customer Service

I have used Online Labels products and Maestro for many years. I have always found Maestro to be fairly intuitive but when I tried to use the Multi-Design feature, I was stumped. I send an email to Customer Service detailing my issue and got an email answer within minutes. I still got lost with the instructions given so I called the 1-888-575-2235 number listed in the email. Kallee answered and got me on the right track. I appreciated her patience and understanding and pleasant demeanor. Thank you, Kallee. And thanks to Online Labels for a business model that is customer focused.

Positive experience

My order and the shipment was delayed. I had no cell service so I didn't see the email that Online Labels sent. The customer service person I talked to listened to me, and I was quite upset. I did receive the labels next business day and was able to be ready for my first show. I will use Online Labels for all my label needs. I think they really understood my situation and were thoughtful and kind. Customer service is hard to come by. I truly appreciate the service I received. I don't know the name of the person I talked to, but I sing her praises whenever I can. I printed over 600 labels for my soap. With kindness and hopes for a long professional relationship. - Karen

Very pleased! Order regularly!

I have literally ordered hundreds of labels from Online Labels. I recently bought a new printer, which turned out to be faulty, and got it replaced. The replacement came and one of the issues, not the ONLY issue I was having, persisted, so I made the assumption that the problem was with the Maestro Design software. After generously and patiently spending waay too much time with me, Jesse from Online Labels and I concluded that the problem was with the new replacement printer. Well, he was right. Printer number two was also faulty. When printer number three showed up, the problem was solved. Not only are the products great for what I do, the Customer Care from Online Labels was most commendable and dare I say rare, in this day and age. Thank you Online Labels! I'll be back for many more!
