Maryland
The state of Maryland requires the following organizations present an exemption certificate to the retailer when making exempt purchases. - A signed statement that the purchase is intended for resale (Suggested Resale Blanket Certificate)
- The purchaser's name and address
- The purchaser's Maryland sales and use tax registration number
