- Description: Ironically this was a pamphlet from 1800 that seemed to endorse drinking (it said "the law that deprives the citizen of his whiskey, rum, gin, or beer, deprives him of his liberty.") but the guy that this image was distilled from clearly cant handle his booze. He is fried; drunker than a skunk--- as the saying goes.
