With five fur-kids of our own, pet care products are a necessity! I formulate vegan bath and body for people, so decided to add eco-friendly grooming items for pups, without chemicals or synthetic scents (dogs' sense of smell is 40X greater than ours!). Dogtor Doolittle™ Pampered Pet was born, sporting sustainable packaging with whimsical branding. Last year, the line caught the attention of Chewy, where it's now sold, along with our own website and specialty retailers.
We wanted to complement the clean ingredients on the inside with natural, paper-based packaging and labels on the outside. Online Labels kraft line was perfect for the job, with multiple sizes and a finish that really helps colors pop - not easy on brown paper.
We purchased a Brother HL-L321OCW laser printer along with our Canon ET-4760 refillable tank inkjet last year, and it really helps create nice, crisp images and text on kraft, without smudging. Great for improving bar code scanning, too.
