Nonconforming Material Tag Labels - Label Ideas

We use an orange tag for failure information on defective items. These tags were filled out by hand and the information was also entered in a database. We now query the information from the database to a spreadsheet and then import the spreadsheet into maestro with a design created to look like our orange failure tag. Instead of filling out tags by hand we now print them with all the information already there.
