Make sure you "shake" the paper tray in the same direction each time you load up your "blank" labels. This will help to ensure that the printing on your labels "line up" exactly the way you want. When printing to exact tolerances, this is a must in order to get printed labels that have the printed words and images perfectly spaced on the label. <br/><br/>PS I haven't found any labels that are comparable in price and quality to those from On-line Labels.com
