- Ideal storage conditions: Store in a controlled environment that maintains a cool and dry atmosphere. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures and humidity, as these conditions can harm the label material and impact the print quality.
- Protection from sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the labels to fade. To prevent this, store the labels in a shaded area or use opaque containers to shield them from harmful UV rays.
- Proper stacking: When storing multiple rolls of thermal transfer labels, make sure they’re stacked evenly and without excessive pressure. Pressure can cause the labels to deform or stick together, which can result in printing issues.
