I currently use OL1000SP laser labels. I have two problems. First: The laser printer doesn't feed this label properly. It's almost like the label backing is too slippery. (feels like a wax paper) I used a similar label OL1000 and worked fine. Second: It is very difficult to remove the labels from the paper. Again, I didn't have this problem with using OL1000 labels. I can only use this size and silver color labels at my job. So, my options are limited. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Adjusting the material type within your printer options to a heavier setting should reduce the number of printer jams that you're seeing. If your printer model has a manual feed tray, manually feeding smaller quantities of the label sheets instead of loading them into the paper tray could potentially help as well. Since the labels are pre-cut on the sheet, they should remove easily. You can try removing the matrix (spacing material) first to reveal the pre-cut labels which should make it easier to remove them. We were using DEMCO Pressure Sensitive Spine Labels Foil Back 1"H x 1-1-1/2", the printer is a HP LaserJet 600 M601. Lately the labels keep coming off on the toner cartridge which is very expensive. We do not need the foil back and just want a white label that doesn't cost us an arm and a leg in toner cartridges.

The Standard White Matte is an uncoated paper-based material which works well with most inkjet and laser printers. It has a standard kraft liner which does not typically cause feeding issues or issues with the toner cartridges. Depending on your version of Microsoft Word, you may need to convert the file before saving. To do this go to the File menu and select Info and then Convert. You can then save as a .docx file. If the outlines are still printing you can also select them and use the Delete key on your keyboard to remove them. what's difference between this label OL1000 and OL975

The OL1000WX is a rounded corner rectangle with horizontal spacing between each label. The OL975 is the same size at 1.5" x 1", 50 labels per sheet, but is a squared corner rectangle with no spacing.

I am looking for a label that adheres to glass (static) without adhesive

Our White Gloss Inkjet (WG) is an adhesive-based material. At this time we don't offer a static cling material for glass but will have our Product Development Team review the request for future consideration.
