I'm using the template imported into Ai. They are printing out of the lines of the stickers. After going though all my printer setting, I'm still having issues. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When using the PDF template in Adobe Illustrator, you'll need to hide or delete the template layer to ensure it is not printed. You'll also want to make sure "Do Not Scale" is selected and the media size is set to "Letter". This is more of a solution to the adhesion problem that some of your customers are experiencing. I've found that wiping the lip balm tubes with isopropyl alcohol right before labeling really helps (allow to dry first). Doing this removes the plasticizers from the tubes and allows for better adhesion.

Thank you for sharing your application process! Cleaning the surface with isopropyl alcohol is one of the steps we recommend as well. Below are a few more, including the recommendation to clean the surface. -It's important to ensure the surface is clean and free of debris, dust, or moisture before attempting to apply your label. -Applying the center of the label first, and then continuing to apply pressure outward will ensure a nice, even application that should promote better adhesion. -Be careful when handling the label before application. Oil from your fingers can negatively affect the strength of the adhesive - try to hold the labels by the edge and touch the adhesive as little as possible. -Remember, our labels are pressure sensitive, so be sure to use some force when applying them to your surface or container. -If the application includes overlap with full coverage printing, make sure to leave the bottom side of the overlap unprinted. Ink and toner can make it difficult for the adhesive to fully bond.
