Can I get a sample? We are definitely going to custom order labels to cover an area in an outdated brochure but the silver sample we got is a little to shiny so we wanted to see if the gray would be better.

Are these labels freezer resistant? They will be used on items stored at -80°C for long periods of time.

The Blockout for Laser is a paper-based material so it is not meant for use in a freezer or any application that exposes it to moisture. For freezer applications a weatherproof material, like our Weatherproof Polyester for Laser, would be recommended. However, the Weatherproof Polyester for Laser has a minimum application temperature of +25° F and once applied can withstand temperatures from -40° F to +302° F. Hi! I want to use these labels and flip them to lay horizontally, am I able to flip the image on maestro design to print out this way?

Yes, you can change the label view under the 'View' menu in Maestro Label Designer. Alternatively, you can use the 'Rotate' tool on the top toolbar to rotate your design.

Are the clear gloss labels waterproof?

Yes, the Clear Gloss for Laser (CL) material is a weatherproof material so it works well with applications that are exposed to moisture.

Slow yo go through the printer. The second time, it totally buckled up. Felt like returning these for a different format or at least a replacement to compensate for the losses

Smearing with these shiny surfaced labels as well.

Half of the labels are printing smeared. Again, it was a bad idea to purchase these.
