How heavy is the 8.5" x 11" 100 sheets?

The Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) label sheets have a facestock weight of 45 lbs per ream ± 10% and a liner weight of 50 lbs per ream ± 10%. The face stock caliper is 2.0 mil ± 10% in thickness and the liner caliper is 3.0 mil ± 10% in thickness making the total construction approximately 5.0 mil ± 10% in thickness.

Can I print multiple labels on the 8.5 x 11 sheet and cut them myself with scissors to place them on wine glasses? If so is it easy to separate the backing from the sticky label to apply?

The OL177 can be printed and cut for custom shapes and sizes. Although, customers cutting their own labels will typically use cutting machine like Silhouette or Cricut. Hey after printing on this with my hp officejet it's very sticky and even a week after its just as sticky. Not very smooth what can I do for that?

I apologize for any concern with the coating on the Weatherproof Gloss for Inkjet. The glossy topcoat used to protect the printed area from moisture can feel slightly tacky when touched with a wet hand but the ink should not smear or smudge. If you do experience any smearing or smudging, try adjusting the paper type setting in your printer options to a Photo or Glossy setting. This should prevent the ink from smearing as well as improve the overall output.

I am testing different materials for professional grade bumper stickers. This product prints better than others I've tried, and seems to work well so far, however, in my water durability test, when applied to a clean glass sheet, water was able to seep behind the sticker and it retains moisture on the back, which I am concerned will weaken the adhesive over time. It's definitely coming in from the edges as the stickers are thermal laminated with UV rated laminate. I would like to get 12 months of durability. I cleaned the glass beforehand and used a squeegee to make sure the sticker stuck properly. Do you have any tips on how I can improve this? Thank you very much.

Is there a difference in the adhesive used (or the material used, aside from the coating) between the weatherproof gloss inkjet (OL177WI ) and the White Gloss Inkjet (OL177WG)? I am currently using the white gloss inkjet to make stickers for a water bottle (currently using an iron flask which has a somewhat porous exterior) and I've laminated the front to preserve the ink which has worked very well, however, some of the corners are peeling off / curling up (For the record, the bottle has not been run through the dishwasher, only hand wash and I've been careful to avoid scrubbing the stickers). Now interestingly enough, the parts that have curled up seem to be the laminate with the "top" of the sticker, leaving behind the "paper adhesive" part of the sticker (think, removing a paper label but the white adhesive part stays off, as if you remove only one layer). I wonder if this can be avoided by using the weatherproof sticker paper vs just the white gloss inkjet or is this an unavoidable wear and tear situation.
