Can this be sprayed with a UV clear coat?

I am looking for an 8.5"x11" Glossy full sheet label, inkjet compatible,that will be used for placing on cardboard boxes that are already sitting inside of a walk-in freezer (freezer temperature is around -11*F). Will these labels stick to the boxes?

I want to use the product to create a custom paint job on my hot rod. I will be folding and cutting the sheet then applying to painted surface then painting over them with a different color paint, then peeling off the sheet (label). Basically using as a masking tape. Will this material hold up to base clear paint? Which i believe has acetone and or toluene solvent. Will it perform like masking tape meaning stay in place for a few hours the peel off easily without leaving adhesive behind?

The slits in this product, are they perferations for tearing into three lables 2.8" wide? Or what are they for?
I'm trying to find out-door adhisive materials for windows, metal, and painted surfaces. They will be used as decals for our products on our full color HP laser printer, I'm tired of paying someone to print and over charge for decals and stickers.
Most of our artwork is full color/bleed and I need 2"x8"-10" / 4"x 5" or 6" / 4"x4". The decals will be need to be weatherproof. Perhaps you save me time, mistakes and point me in the right direction...thanks.
