Is it possible to cut this in half in order to fit on the slim cd cases?

Can I hand write letters with a sharpie pen on these tan labels? Are the tan labels matte or shiny? I’m looking for an antique look: labels that appear to be aged, like an old library. Thank u

The Light Tan (TC) is an uncoated, paper-based material. It is intended for inkjet or laser printing but can be written on with a Sharpie marker. Is OL1825 available with a removable/non-permanent adhesive? If so, how do I order, and what are the time and cost estimates? I will need a maximum of 200 sheets.
