Could these labels be used on a .15 oz tube? I do not desire for the label to wrap around the whole tube which is why I am looking at these.

The OL2162 is for slimline lip balm tubes which are typically smaller than standard 0.15 oz tubes. Since you do not want the label to wrap around the whole tube, I recommend you print out the PDF template of these labels at actual size and cut the label to ensure a good fit on your tubes. I can tell by the recent reviews you still haven't fixed the issue with these labels lifting off. I spent $60 on a large pack of these only to have an embarrassment and waste of countless hours trying to get these to stay on. 99% rubbing alcohol on brand new unused tubes and they still peel off. It is incredible to me that you aren't acknowledging the issue lies with the product. This product is still being sold after 3 years of this, you aren't offering customers an exchange, a discount code. Nothing-at-all. The basic matte laborers stay on just fine. You have an adhesive issue with the white WJ labels. I'm writing here in hopes that you will step up with some better business practices.

However, there is a wide range of factors that can contribute to how well a label adheres to the surface it’s being applied to so we’ve included some recommendations below. -It’s important to ensure that the surface is clean and free of any debris, dust or moisture before attempting to apply your label. -Applying the center of the label first, and then continuing to apply pressure outward will ensure a nice, even application that should promote better adhesion. -Be careful when handling the label before application. Oil from your fingers can negatively affect the strength of the adhesive - try to hold the labels by the edge and touch the adhesive as little as possible. -Remember, our labels are pressure sensitive, so be sure to use some force when applying them to your surface or container. I'm looking at switching to these labels for my lip balm production but I use Kraft paperboard tubes. Will any of your labels (recycled or otherwise) stick to paper tubes? I didn't see any information on that.

Does the 2.125" measurement of the label include the safety tab or is that the measurement without the safety tab?

The 2.125" measurement includes the tab. The height of the label without the tab is 1.8125".
