I want to write with a sharpie on this label. Will it hold the ink or will it smear?

Can I use these with a cricut? I want to print names then cut it out with my cricut

The OL223WX is pre-cut with 15 1.3125" x 2.75" labels so it is not recommended for an electronic cutting machine. If you want to cut your own labels, we recommend our Printable Sticker Paper, OL177, at the link below. https://www.onlinelabels.com/products/ol177

Are these white or clear?

The Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) is a white material with a glossy coating. If you need clear, we also offer the Clear Gloss Inkjet (CK). However, this is not a weatherproof material.
