I use these for product labels but it discolors to yellowish terribly over time (like within a week or two) from products next/around them. What type of overspray can I use to prevent this?

Our Weatherproof Matte Inkjet (WJ) is very durable and water resistant. However, the face sheet on this inkjet product is very absorbent and can discolor if the environment it is stored in exposes it to contaminants. An overcoat spray can help protect the material from discoloring or yellowing.

I LOVE this label but the ink with my Laser Jet comes right off if it's touched often. Do you have any other recommendations?

I apologize for the issue. Adjusting the material type setting within your printer options to something like Labels, Cardstock, or Transparency should result in improved print quality and prevent the laser toner from rubbing off.

Can the templates from a competitor be used with these?

The OL2683 is the same layout as Avery's 22808. If using another brand, you would need to verify the margins and spacing on the sheet to confirm compatibility. You can otherwise use our templates. The Weatherproof Polyester Laser (LP) features a facestock that is 2.0 +/- 10% mil in thickness and a 55# liner that is 3.0 +/- 10% mil thick.
