can you handwrite on these with something other than a sharpie?

are these labels easy peel? do they have perforation line for each column for easier peel?

The OL3016LP features 12 pre-cut 2" x 2" labels. You can make it easier to peel by removing the matrix (spacing material) first, however they don't include any perforations or additional cuts to aid in peeling.
