Will these stick onto a naked bar of soap?

Accepted Answer

Because most soaps are oil based, the adhesive would likely not permanently bond directly to that type of surface. Most customers will wrap their soap in plastic or paper-based materials and then apply the label.

Hi, I’m looking to buy labels for my body butters.  What finish are those.  I’m looking for something that wouldn’t show greasy fingerprints.  Would you suggest this plastel green, or pink finish, for that? Thanks.

The Patel Green (GX) is an uncoated paper-based material so it would not be recommended for applications that may expose it to moisture and/or oil-based products. We offer weatherproof materials at the link below which would be better suited for cosmetic products.

Does this type of paper works on Epson ET-2750 printer?

Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) works well in most inkjet printers. However, you may need to adjust the printer's paper type setting to a Photo or Glossy option with the print quality set to Standard/Normal. This should provide a durable print and prevent any smearing or smudging with dry and wet contact.

My ink smears.. Help please?

I apologize for the print quality issues experienced. Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet is specially formulated to work with standard inkjet printers. This product features a topcoat that is designed to encapsulate and protect the ink as it's absorbed into the sheet. After printing, the ink shouldn't smear when touched with a wet hand or when soaked in water.

You can adjust the paper type and print quality settings within your printer options to achieve the most durable print quality. A paper type settings such as Photo, Glossy, Labels, or Heavy paper will provide the best results. A "Standard” or "Normal" print quality setting would be recommended since the "Best" setting could potentially oversaturate the special inkjet topcoat mentioned above.
