Is this material suitable for making silhouette cut-outs to put on my car? (Like zombie family members.)

However, I would like to mention that the toner used in most laser printers is not UV resistant, so fading can occur. You could potentially treat the labels after printing with a UV protective spray like Krylon's UV-Resistant Clear Coating to improve durability in direct sunlight. I thought this might be a permanent vinyl but I can peel it off very easily after application. Am I doing something wrong or did I mis understand and it is not permanent?

The Weatherproof Vinyl Laser (LV) does have a permanent adhesive, however bonding time is required after applying the label. Although you may be able to immediately pull up the label to reposition, once fully bonded the adhesive should not be easily removed.
