When it says "self-adhesive" does it mean that it in fact has a sticky background?

How well will these lift off of plastic? I work in and Interlibrary Loan department, and the labels will be used to attach temporary, request-specific information to a reusable vinyl book band with a plastic window. We tried a different company whose product also said "removable..." they are not. We need something that will stay attached while a book is checked out, which can then be peeled off easily weeks to months later. Thoughts?

The OL3846 is available in weatherproof materials, however our Removable White Matte (WR) is an uncoated, paper-based label with a low tack adhesive meant for temporary, dry applications.

Is there a way to get a photoshop or cricut template for these labels? I ordered 100 of them in laser and I needed inkjet, so i finally after over a year came up with a way to use them, but i need to be able to cut a different shape out of the square but i cannot upload a pdf into either program :(
