How do I get the measurements for an 8oz water bottle? I need help with measurements to place an order

How I stop this label from bleeding? When apply it all the ink is on my fingers and transfers to the product.

Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet is specially formulated to work with standard inkjet printers. This product features a topcoat that is designed to encapsulate and protect the ink as it's absorbed into the sheet. After printing, the ink shouldn't smear when touched with a wet hand or when soaked in water. You can adjust the paper type and print quality settings within your printer options to achieve the most durable print quality. A paper type settings such as Photo, Glossy, Labels, or Heavy paper will provide the best results. A "Standard” or "Normal" print quality setting would be recommended since the "Best" setting could potentially oversaturate the special inkjet topcoat mentioned above. Do your Brown Kraft label stick well to the kraft paper cardboard containers? I would like to use the labels on my containers. My ingredients do have some butters and oils in them.

Our Brown Kraft (BK) features a permanent adhesive that works well on most surfaces. However, cardboard surfaces tend to be fibrous and more difficult for standard adhesive. With that in mind, we offer the Aggressive White Matte (AT), which provides a much stronger adhesive. While the Brown Kraft is used for a wide variety of applications, it's an uncoated paper and may not be ideal for oil-based products. We do offer weatherproof materials, which are film-based and coated for moisture protection here: https://www.onlinelabels.com/materials/weatherproof-labels . These options are much more durable and shouldn't be negatively affected by oils. The ink and toners used, however, may still be affected by direct oil contact, causing discoloration or smearing.
