Can these labels be printed in horizontal format?
I only see vertical samples and these will be used for mailing labels.
Could I send a sample via email and someone call me back letting me know if it's possible to print these and the price.

What gsm settings do you use on your printer?  I do not see it listed.

The Weatherproof Polyester for Laser works well with paper weight settings between 106-128 gsm.

Hello do you have 4x5 Block out that are not matte finished, preferably White Glossy Laser?

Can this surface be written on with pen/pencil?

The Weatherproof Polyester for Laser works best in a laser printer. It is not coated to absorb liquid ink so regular ball point pens are not recommended. Markers or pens could potentially be used on our inkjet compatible materials but pencils would likely only work on uncoated paper-based stock. What is the thickness of the material for the Weatherproof Polyester for Laser?

The Weatherproof Polyester for Laser (LP) has a 56# face sheet with a 56# liner. The facestock is 2.0 +/- 10% mil in thickness and the liner is 3.0 +/- 10% mil in thickness. You can also view the Material Details at the link below.

Apologies if I’ve missed the answer somewhere; is there a special type of laser toner that one ought to be using with these labels for outdoor use?

Accepted Answer

The Clear Matte for Laser is a weatherproof material and can be used with standard toner. To ensure that the toner is fused properly in the material, you may need to adjust the printer's material type setting to Labels, Cardstock, or Transparency. Once the toner is fused into the material, it should be able to withstand any contact with moisture.

Please note that the material is not UV resistant and would still be susceptible to fading in direct sunlight over time. You could potentially treat the labels after printing with a UV protective spray like Krylon's UV-Resistant sprays to improve durability to direct sunlight. Will these fit around a normal size deodorant tube with out overlapping

Does this label peel off easy  from the bottle?

Our Standard White Matte (WX) material is a paper-based label that features a permanent adhesive, and isn't intended for removal after application. We offer our Removable White Matte (WR) material which features a low-tack adhesive to facilitate easy removal after applying.

Is the sheet perforated between so all 4 labels can be separated?

The OL475WX has 4 pre-cut 4" x 5" labels so you can easily remove them from the sheet. However, there are no perforations between labels.

How do you get your printer to print these such narrow margins?
