What gsm settings do you use on your printer? I do not see it listed.

Can this surface be written on with pen/pencil?

The Weatherproof Polyester for Laser works best in a laser printer. It is not coated to absorb liquid ink so regular ball point pens are not recommended. Markers or pens could potentially be used on our inkjet compatible materials but pencils would likely only work on uncoated paper-based stock.
