The Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) works well on a variety of surfaces. Typically for candles, the labels are placed on the packaging or containers. Since the WI material can be exposed to temperatures up to 212° F, it should be fine for any candle container. Are these clear labels for 8 oz Boston pet bottles ?

The 8 oz boston round PET bottle are approximately 5" in height with a wraparound measurement of 7" so the OL5100CK should provide ample coverage. I want to use for massage oils. Are these oil proof? I wouldn't want ink to rub off if holding bottle with oil on my hands.

The White Gloss for Laser (WS) is a paper-based material so it would not be oil or water resistant. For oil based products, we would recommend trying samples of our weatherproof materials which are much more durable and moisture resistant. Although the materials themselves may not be negatively affected by direct oil contact, the toner used in standard laser printers may discolor or degrade.
