Does it require special ink for this label?

The Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) is formulated for use in standard inkjet printers. A special ink is not needed, however you may need to adjust your printer's settings to prevent smearing or smudging. Using a "Photo" or "Glossy" paper type along with a "Standard" or "Normal" print quality would be recommended to provide a durable print result.

Can I create my label in Canva and use that on my label or do I have to use Maestro? I would imagine it wouldn't matter. To have the label printed by Online Labels, what would be the cost for 10 sheets of the 2-inch weatherproof glossy label? Thank you.

I have purchased OL5375WI before and it performed very well. The adhesion worked great when going into a freezer and being removed. The ink did not smudge at all. However, I recently bought OL5051WI rectangular labels and they smear easily and all nearly fall off the product when they come out of the freezer. I am using the same printer, same HP genuine ink, and using the same print settings. What changed? Is there a different glue and a different finish that would be more predictable? I am not happy with these label after having used many sheets. Can I return the remainder and reorder something different?

We apologize for the print quality issues experienced. Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet is specially formulated to work with standard inkjet printers. This product features a topcoat that is designed to encapsulate and protect the ink as it's absorbed into the sheet. After printing, the ink shouldn't smear when touched with a wet hand or when soaked in water. You can adjust the paper type and print quality settings within your printer options to achieve the most durable print quality. A paper type settings such as Photo, Glossy, Labels, or Heavy paper will provide the best results. A "Standard” or "Normal" print quality setting would be recommended since the "Best" setting could potentially oversaturate the special inkjet topcoat mentioned above. For adhesive issues, there are a few factors that can affect adhesion and techniques we use to help so we've included those recommendations below: -Clean your hands and the application surface. Any debris, dust, moisture, or natural oils can interfere with the adhesive, weakening the bond. -Apply the center of the label first and then work out toward the edges. This reduces some of the tension on the ends of the label which will help it stay down. -Use pressure when sticking the labels to your surface. Our products are pressure-sensitive, so more pressure equates to a stronger adhesive bond. Can I still spray these with acrylic

Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) is a very durable material that is coated to protect the print from moisture. If you need to seal the label after printing for extra protection, you can use our Clear Gloss Laser (CL) as an overlay or an acrylic waterproof clear coat spray. You can adjust the paper type and print quality settings within your printer options to achieve a durable print quality. A paper-type setting such as Photo or Glossy paper will provide the best results. A "Standard” or "Normal" print quality setting would be recommended as well.

Does OL5375WX work with Avery?

The OL5375WX (2" circular labels) does not have the same layout as any Avery label product. If you want a 2" circular label that is similar in layout to an Avery product then I recommend that you check out our product code OL2682 at https://www.onlinelabels.com/OL2682.htm . It lays out the same as the Avery 22807.
