Would I be able to place these over top of another printed product and remove them with no reasonable amount of smear or removal of printed information beneath?

I don't feel we can provide definitive answer to your question without testing. I recommend testing the OL600WR product on your specific application to see how it performs. The removable adhesive isn't particularly strong, but I feel it could potentially pull ink or toner off the surface of your printed product if you are using laser printing or inkjet printing on the printed product and you leave the label adhered for more than a few hours. I recommend that you apply the sample label for the same amount of time you expect the real label will need to be on the surface since the adhesive characteristics may change over time.

Having issues printing from laser MFP on OL600WR labels, getting streaks. Any suggestions?

Most print quality issues can be resolved by adjusting the paper type setting within your printer options to something like Labels, Cardstock, or Transparency. You may want to also try running a cleaning cycle as well as clean the rollers before printing any additional sheets.
