Are the labels self stick and will the Gold Foil be weatherproof?

The OL6450GI is a self adhesive label, however it is not weatherproof. For inkjet printers we offer the Weatherproof Matte and Weatherproof Gloss for Inkjet. Both of these are an opaque white material and are water resistant. All of our products have a 1-3 year shelf life, depending on the heat, humidty and other factors. Typically, we will recommend to keep the label sheets in a room temperature environment, with low humidity. Here are some other tips on storing your labels. -Keep your labels away from any direct sources of heat. -Leave your label sheets in their original packaging for 24-48 hours before use. This will allow them to acclimate to their new environment. -Return your label sheets to the clamshell in between uses. Do not leave in the printer tray. -Lay your clamshell flat on the shelf. I love these labels. I use them to mark plants in a botanical garden. Have labels stored in office environment at room temp. as recommended. I've had my first order since summer 2016. It is very difficult to peel off them off of the backing, and they don't seem to stick as well as to the plant stakes. After a few months they peel off in the weather. they didn't do this initially. I still have 35 sheets left from the 2016 order. Is it time to reorder, or do you other ideas on how to make these work?

Our labels do have a shelf life of 1-3 years depending on environmental and storage conditions, such as heat and humidity. Although keeping them stored in the clamshell container in a climate controlled area is recommended, over time the adhesive can begin to bond to the liner making it difficult to separate. It is likely that a new batch of labels would resolve your issue. Will these labels work with the Canon Pixma Pro-100?

The Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet (WI) works well on most inkjet printers including Canon printer models, however samples are recommended. You can request a few samples at the link below to test with your printer. https://www.onlinelabels.com/samples For best results, you will want to adjust your printer's paper type setting to a Photo or Glossy option and select Standard/Normal for the print quality.
