I'm getting these for scrubs and butters i'm making. Hands touching bottle will be wet and greasy. Which material(s) are best suited to damp, greasy hands? Thank you

For this use, I would definitely recommend that you consider our weatherproof products. We have a variety of options available. If you are using a laser printer then I would recommend the OL8500LP (weatherproof polyester for laser printing). If you are using an inkjet printer then I would recommend the OL8500WJ (weatherproof matte for inkjet printing) or the OL8500WI (weatherproof glossy for inkjet printing). How thick are these labels? Compared to normal matte white labels?

The Weatherproof Polyester for Laser (LP) has a facestock thickness of 2.0 +/- 10% mil and the liner is 3.0 +/- 10% mil, which is thinner compared to the Standard White Matte (WX) at 3.9 +/- 10% mils for the facestock and 3.3 mil ± 10% for the liner. Has anyone run these inkjet labels through a laser printer? My laser printer really does not heat the pages that much. The laser version would be ok if it was matte white but it's not.

The Weatherproof Matte for Inkjet is not coated to withstand the heat from a laser printer so it would only be recommended for use in an inkjet printer. I have 2 questions; 1. I am Concerned about the color light tan as I wish to use these labels to cover other clear labels which have incorrect information on them and I would like the tan color to match the color of the background they are stuck to which is ivory cream. 2. Are these labels 2 mil thick as the answers to the question seem to indicate. if so that would not work for my application. Can I obtain a sample sheet of this particular label in the light tan color?
