Question 1

I would like to be able to use Avery templates 5163 and 5260 on my pc, but I want to put different names and addresses. I have Microsoft 10.

Online Labels product configuration OL875 (2.625" X 1" labels - 30 labels on a sheet) lays out the same as Avery 5260. The Avery 5163 template is similar to Online Labels product code OL125 (4" x 2" labels - 10 labels on a sheet). In order to put different names and address on each label, you would need to do a mail merge. A mail merge can be done using our software program, Maestro Label Designer, or it can be done using a program such as Microsoft Word. In order to do a mail merge, you will need to set up a file (normally Excel or comma delimited file) with all your addresses and then import the list into your software that you plan to use to do the mail merge. Is this material also oil proof?

The White Polyester Weatherproof Labels for Laser Printers are made of a very durable material and the material itself will not break down when exposed to oil. You should be able to wipe the oil right off the polyester material. That being said, the toner that is printed onto the label from your laser printer may react to the oil and depending on the type of oil it could possibly stain or discolor the toner changing the look of the label. I highly recommend that you try product OL875LP before purchasing to confirm that you are happy with the performance and look of the labels on your product. Question 3

I've purchased regular white labels from you in the past.  I could never get them adjusted to print correctly.  Are these Kraft lables MAC compatible?

I have also included a link below to our alignment guide. Sometimes misalignment can be caused by the way the printer is handling the material. Adjusting the material type setting to a thicker option like Labels, Cardstock, or Photo/Glossy should help.

Question 4

Is this a true pastel pink...on my computer it looks coral color?

The color on a computer monitor can vary depending on your monitor settings. The color is definitely more pink than coral in color. If you have a Pantone color book, you can look up PMS 705U to see the color we are matching. I would highly recommend that you request a sample sheet so you can confirm you are happy with the color. regular labels seem to peal up and may fall off poly bags.  Will the aggressive labels stick to poly bags and if not is there another sticker that will?

Is Product OL875FG a standard Avery label size,  or is there another competitor's label format I can use in Microsoft 10?

The OL875 is the same size and layout as Avery's 5160. However, Microsoft Word also lists many of our popular templates under OnlineLabels.com in the "Label vendors" list, which includes OL875.

Question 7

Can i print white on these labels with my laser printer?

Accepted Answer

Most standard printers do not offer the ability to print in white ink/toner, so instead any white in your design will be left absent of color. For example, if you had a white background while printing on the True Red (TR) material, the white will be replaced by the red color of the material.
