The Microsoft word template has one circle. Should the text go around the inside or outside of this circle (i.e. does the circle represent the CD hole or the outer diameter of the label?

Do these work with color (color laser printer). I realize the colors will probably not be accurate, but if I print a blue or an orange block will it look blue or orange
