I’d love to give this 5 stars. But the programs needs a lot of work. It freezes often and the cursors aren’t always easy to use when working on an iPad due to slowness of the crashes and freezing. On occasion it will yield some funky sized art. Like it just auto-creates my work smaller than I’ve set it. Weird bugs. Nothing to do with my iPad either b/c it works well with other apps and systems. I will say it’s an easy user friendly process and even someone with minimal technical knowledge can navigate this design space. Love the functionality of the product. I just hate that it crashes frequently and freezes up so much with glitches. This leads to a much longer time to complete my projects. Please fix the bug issues.

I have ordered online labels for years and enjoyed Maestro as well. I have grown my business and have been using Maestro to print my labels and they look fantastic. I would give one word of feedback, the ordering process for ordering multiple labels can be cumbersome. There are some glitches in getting the right wind directions etc. I will say however customer service has been great to reach out and make sure I get exactly what I am looking for. I have never been disappointed in the results.

THIS LABEL PROGRAM IS ONE OF THE MOST USER FRIENDLY, SIMPLE PROGRAMS TO USE. I LOVE YOU ARE ABLE TO CREATE BARCODES, ETC. WE WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT THIS PROGRAM AND LABELS!

Overall, I love it. So many great features! Caveat ~ There have been a ton of glitches this past year (2021), which prevented me from being able to make my labels at all... I was back & forth with customer support a lot, and after 6 months of issues, I finally had to move over to Canva & design my labels there instead, which was frustrating. But it looks like the issues may be fixed now? HOPEFULLY. I do also wish there was a "snap to grid" & "duplicate label" option... Those are my biggest needs at this point. But other than that, I think Maestro is the best label designer/printer currently available, outside of Canva.
