What's your return policy?

Here are the next steps once the return process has been initiated:

1. You'll get an email confirmation.
2. Print and include your return email with the list of enclosed products.
3. Write your RMA (return material authorization) number on the outside of your shipping box and on the address label.
4. We will process your refund as quickly as possible to your original method of payment once we receive the return.*

*Ask our customer service representatives about our convenient return option. With this type of return, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. When we process your refund, you will receive your money back minus the cost of shipping.
