Lucky!

Luck has so much to do with life. The other night I was lucky enough to call Online Labels for support help and I was lucky enough to get Brandon. He was polite, personable, and professional. He knew exactly how to fix my problem. Oh, I forgot to say that my problem was quite involved and even though, together we were able to correct my situation, I was terrible at following his instructions. For the most part, Brandon "babysat" me. Finally, all was resolved and everything worked perfectly. Brandon spent TWO HOURS AND ONE MINUTE with me.
