I have literally ordered hundreds of labels from Online Labels. I recently bought a new printer, which turned out to be faulty, and got it replaced. The replacement came and one of the issues, not the ONLY issue I was having, persisted, so I made the assumption that the problem was with the Maestro Design software. After generously and patiently spending waay too much time with me, Jesse from Online Labels and I concluded that the problem was with the new replacement printer. Well, he was right. Printer number two was also faulty. When printer number three showed up, the problem was solved. Not only are the products great for what I do, the Customer Care from Online Labels was most commendable and dare I say rare, in this day and age. Thank you Online Labels! I'll be back for many more!
