If your business or organization is tax-exempt or you plan to make purchases for resale, you can upload the state-issued documentation or certifications. Below, you can find the necessary forms specific to your state or instructions on how to retrieve them (if applicable). Please complete and upload to your account.

Alabama

Connecticut

Louisiana

The state of Louisiana does not accept generic resale certificates. You can apply for a new resale certificate with the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

Maine

Maryland

The state of Maryland requires the following organizations present an exemption certificate to the retailer when making exempt purchases. If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, please upload the appropriate resale information to your account. Resale certificates must include all of the following:

  • A signed statement that the purchase is intended for resale (Suggested Resale Blanket Certificate)
  • The purchaser's name and address
  • The purchaser's Maryland sales and use tax registration number
